Fit 2 B tied

My second month Journaling….  This is pretty intense.  I’m not documenting the physical journey because that’s seems to be mundane… I ate this and that, I cheated here and there, I exercised when and where and how, I got sick and derailed all my efforts… But I thought if I journaled my feelings about my weight, and the journey then I may help to heal what’s really broken, my heart.  My habits need to be re-formed, yes, but to me that’s the easy part…. It’s the heart healing that causes a lot of the bad habits that is the hard part.  - Hi, My name is Julia and I’m fat and my heart is  broken because of it.

Though I follow her for different topics than weight and body image (being a manly man and all!), you might get some great inspiration and practical ideas from http://www.faintstarlite.com. Also, lots of links to others from there. I’ve had a chance to get to know Esther (@faintstarlite) and Nick (@bullmeister) at least through electronic dialog, and they are some great people.
